1. Merchant of Record
Our order processing, payment handling, sales tax/VAT collection, and subscription invoicing are managed exclusively by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Limited / Paddle.com Inc.). When you purchase a subscription to MindActions, you enter into a merchant transaction with Paddle, which handles customer service billing inquiries and billing-related requests on our behalf.
2. Subscription Tiers & Billing
MindActions offers recurring subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis:
Free Tier ($0.00/month): Core reflection tools and basic feature access supported by rewarded advertisements.
Paid Tier ($2.99/month or $29.95/year): Ad-free access, third-party integrations (Google Calendar and Spotify), and expanded monthly AI capabilities.
Pro Tier ($8.99/month or $89.95/year): Full platform access, including the interactive AI Coach Chat, real-time journaling assistance, and maximum AI processing limits.

3. Universal 14-Day Free Trial (Worldwide)
MindActions provides a 14-Day Free Trial to all new users worldwide for both Paid and Pro subscription tiers.
Zero Charges During Trial: When you sign up for a Paid or Pro trial, you receive 14 full days of access to all tier-specific AI tools and features without being charged.
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any point during the 14-day trial window. If you cancel before the 14th day, your account will not be charged.
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may turn off automatic renewal at any time prior to your next billing or trial conversion date. Cancellation stops future recurring charges, and you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current active billing period. You can cancel using any of the following methods:
Via Paddle Email Receipt: Click the "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription" link located directly inside any email receipt or purchase confirmation sent to you by Paddle.
In-App Account Settings: Navigate to Settings → Account → Subscription Management inside the MindActions Web or Mobile Application to launch the Paddle billing portal.
Email Support: Submit a written cancellation request to support@mindactions.app or admin@mindactions.app at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date so our team can process it with Paddle.
5. Post-Trial Refund Policy & Mandatory Statutory Rights
General No-Refund Policy: Because all users receive a 14-day risk-free trial prior to any billing, all post-trial subscription payments made to MindActions are final and non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds, credits, or fee adjustments for partial subscription periods, unused AI search/analysis allowances, or early account terminations once a charge has been processed.
EU/UK Consumers: In accordance with consumer protection law, EU and UK residents have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a digital subscription purchase. Because Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases, the withdrawal process, including any waiver of this right through your express consent at checkout, is governed by Paddle's own Buyer Terms and checkout flow rather than by MindActions directly.
