Consumer Health Data Policy

The complete MindActions consumer health data document.

Compliant with the Washington My Health My Data Act (MHMDA), Nevada SB 370, and applicable US State Health Privacy Statutes.

1. Scope & Standalone Policy Notice

This Consumer Health Data Policy applies specifically to users in jurisdictions with statutory health privacy laws (such as Washington and Nevada). MindActions collects socio-emotional, behavioral, and reflection data that may be classified as "Consumer Health Data" under these statutes.

2. Categories of Consumer Health Data Collected

Emotional & Mood Logs: Tracked raw emotional states (e.g., Great, Steady, Down) and creation timestamps.

CBT & Behavioral Insights: Self-reported obstacle reasons, cognitive distortion tags (e.g., catastrophizing), and written journal reflection notes.

Voice Transcripts: Transcribed audio notes relating to daily emotional stresses.

3. Purpose of Collection & Use

Consumer Health Data is collected and processed strictly to provide you with personal wellness insights, habit-mood correlation metrics, and personalized conversational responses via the AI Coach.

4. No Sale or Commercial Sharing

MINDACTIONS DOES NOT SELL YOUR CONSUMER HEALTH DATA.

We do not disclose, trade, or license consumer health data to data brokers, advertising networks, or marketing third parties under any circumstances.

5. Infrastructure & Service Providers

Consumer Health Data is processed securely by our cloud infrastructure stack (Render Services Inc. for API services, Vercel Inc. for frontend serving, Neon Inc. PostgreSQL database located in the United States) and sanitizing AI API providers (Google Gemini API) following automated PII scrubbing (scrub_pii).

6. Consumer Health Data Rights & Execution

Under applicable state health privacy laws, you have specific rights regarding your consumer health data:

Right to Confirm & Access: You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your consumer health data and access such data.

Right to Delete: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your consumer health data and associated emotional logs.

Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for the collection and processing of your emotional health data at any time via in-app settings.

How to Exercise Your Rights:

To submit an access or deletion request, email our Legal & Privacy Officer at admin@mindactions.app or use the in-app deletion tools under Settings → Account → Delete Account. We respond to all statutory consumer health requests within 45 days.
